Aquila Landing is a luxury heli-ski lodge located in Revelstoke, British Columbia, Canada, opening in 2028. Our website address is https://aquilalanding.com.
What information we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message. We do not run advertising, analytics trackers, or sell data of any kind.
How we use your information
We use your contact details solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you ask us to, to keep you informed about Aquila Landing ahead of our 2028 opening. We do not share or sell your information to third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
Like most websites, we rely on a small number of service providers that may process data on our behalf:
- Form handling: contact form submissions are processed by our website (WordPress with Gravity Forms) and stored securely.
- Email: if we correspond with you or you opt in to updates, email may be delivered via Brevo.
- Security and performance: our site is served through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to protect against attacks.
- Maps: our location map is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when you interact with it.
Cookies
We use only the technical cookies needed to make the site work and keep it fast. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep your information
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up you have requested, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, contact us through the form on our homepage and we will respond promptly. We handle personal information in accordance with Canadian privacy law, including the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
